Here, a homestead village is being planned - where people can freely build their own residence with expert help from our charity. We charge nothing and provide the materials. Energy
Our village will flourish with renewable energy harnessing WindPower for clean electricity. Bio generators transform organic waste into energy, reducing waste and enhancing efficiency.
Utilities
We will have essential systems in place, including waste management, plumbing, electrical services, and high-speed Wi-Fi, ensuring a comfortable living experience.
Greenhouses
Our own food production center will use next generation greenhouses. Utilizing climate control, hydroponics, and smart sensors, we’ll create ideal growing conditions year-round.

How Much Land is Available?
Most of the funds from our sponsor Hearts of Action will go to purchase acres of land. This will be enough area for every person that is projected to support the fundraise as a founder. We will also have extra nonconditional
space to help people facing homelessness, and dire financial circumstances.

Using Village Tokens
Because our residential area is off grid but will also have its own shops and outdoor marketplaces - people can use
village tokens. These are provided digitially on the 1st of every month, and residents can earn more by starting their own shops at the marketplace. This is an innovative and fun way to grow our community, while removing scarcity. In this way
everyone will have their basic needs met, while also being able to earn more if they want to.
