How do I choose what space of Land I Want?

When the crowdfund is finished, we will contact each donor. It's at this stage that the land spaces are chosen/reserved.
How Long Will it Take to Construct the Village?

This is a community-oriented project - so remember that we will provide the materials, land and some manpower. That being said you will need to be here to help build on your space. How long it takes for your home in New Dawn village to be ready is up to you. That being said, our job is to have the greenhouses, recreational areas, electrical, plumbing, and water systems ready in one year after the crowdfund is finished.
When Should I Arrive at the Village?

We will send out a digital schedule pamphlet to each to each Member after the crowdfund is finished. This will get you familiar with each step of the process to fully getting integrated into the Village.
Do I Have to Donate a Certain Amount? Will there be Perks?

All donors, regardless of donation amount will be provided with a small space of land, and natural materials sourced locally. Due to logistical support from the Hearts of Action, it's now possible for us to provide on a larger scale. If you would like to make larger donation amounts, you can receive larger portions of land or materials (more details will be released on the crowdfund page). All donors will receive expert planning assistance and manpower from the Hearts of Action. No donation is required with members who are facing extremely dire financial circumstances or are facing homelessness - as part of our Hearts of Action Promise *Please contact us before or during the crowdfund so our charity can verify this*
Where will NewDawn Village be located?

Our organization operates in the US. Currently we are looking into Baca County Colorado due to its richness in resources, and flexibility in building permits. That being said, we won't be able to confirm this until the crowdfund launches.
Who Manages the Village?

The Village will be in compliance with the state of Colorado and will be Managed by the Hearts of Action Charity. We will be implementing all of our ideas locally like self-sustainability, and the Village Token system.
Can I Bring Friends and Pets?

Each member can bring up to 5 people and 5 pets in their group. Please contact us for potential exemptions to this rule, thanks!
