Arrival Plan
2026 Resident
A Longterm Project
All founding members will be allowed to enter the construction area 4 months after the land is purchased. Remember that this is your project as well as ours, and each community member will have a role in helping establish the community. (You can choose your arrival window and reserved space later this year)
Once you arrive, you will be able to navigate from the entry to your reserved space. Its here where you can start to work on building your own homestead! Some of our charity team will introduce themselves and provide hands on guidance, as well as manpower to assist new residents.
Support
Founding Members
will be asked to support
other residents during
construction. Remember
this is a team project!
Creativity
Bring ideas and designs of your homestead, get creative! We can make any unique idea come to life by working together.
Equipment
People should bring a list of small personal equipment to help them on the land. We will send this list out to emails.

Utility Installs
Expert Guidance and Assistance
It will be our goal to install utilities before people arrive, however its always possible that delays or unforeseen events push deadlines. Residents should have an independence mindset when arriving, think of it like its truly you're own homesteading adventure. Bring solar panels, water filtration, and anything else that could be useful for your space.
Our team will be there to guide people on plumbing and electrical installs throughout their home build. Eventually we will also install free high speed satellite internet for the community to use down the line.
Preparedness
We encourage each person participating to think about bringing solar panels or other forms of equipment.
Post Install
Our team can only fully attach utilities after a build is finished. We encourage people to be prepared with their own portable equipment.
Greenhouses
Think of ways to sustain your homestead space with livestock and gardening during the time it takes our staff to plant the next generation greenhouses.

Construction
A Team Effort
Each home will be a community effort as people split up into groups to take on different projects. Each group will be led by expert builders from Hearts of Action charity, until everyone's own space is fully developed. By working together, this tough undertaking will turn into a job well done.
By working with our staff, splitting up into groups, and working at the same time - someone who just arrived could have a natural alternative style home built in 3 to 6 months. After a build is finished, key attachments will be made to previously installed utility systems.
On Site Lodge
We will have on site lodging for people to stay in while building their homestead. People can also stay in their trailers (on our land) or rent in Colorado.
Materials
We will be using materials sourced directly from the land itself to build natural alternative homes. Bring more materials if you can!
Refreshments
Please bring your own food and drinks for the duration of your homestead's construction.

Continued Development
Recreation Centers Open
Lights and Pathways
As residents start to settle into their new homesteads, NewDawn Village Staff will
continue working to improve the village. Installing decorations, pathways, and outdoor
furniture. Hearts of Action staff will open the Village rehabilitation center for charity work.
